A veritable Aladdin's cave of retro, vintage, designer, kitsch and fabulous clothing, accessories and collectibles. 184 Mill Road, Cambridge
Please note: all "fur-type" materials sold by our shop are "faux". We do not sell any real fur items, as we believe that even secondhand fur sales are unethical as they may tend to encourage the trade in new fur, which causes suffering and death to animals.

You can watch a video clip of the Stella McCartney Second Life virtual anti fur protest on her website (click on the white horse on the carousel of videos).
We are looking for motivated people with an interest in design and fashion to volunteer in the shop for half a day or more, either weekly or fortnightly. This is an excellent way to learn more about the history of design and what is actually involved in running a retail fashion operation: including online selling, customer care, displays etc. Although we are a charity shop, this does not mean "amateurish" — like any commercial operation we have to make a profit to stay in business.
If you are interested in helping at the shop, email RSPCA_184boutique@yahoo.com, or just drop by on one of the days when we're open. At the moment we only have enough volunteers to open four days a week and we're aiming to recruit enough people to cover a full six days.
